How we started
Two engineers, one calibration bench, and a list of vendors who never called back
Aeroflex Tech started in 2014 with a single calibration bench and a simple complaint: every supplier in the region was good at selling equipment and bad at answering the phone once it broke. We built the opposite kind of company.
Twelve years later we still measure ourselves the same way. Not by how many instruments we ship, but by how many of our clients never had to explain a missed calibration to an auditor.

Three rules we do not bend on
Accuracy first
A reading you cannot trust is worse than no reading at all. Every instrument we touch gets calibrated to a standard, not a guess.
Show up when it matters
Equipment fails at inconvenient hours. Our engineers answer the call that comes in at midnight the same way they answer the one at noon.
Plain answers
If we cannot service something, we say so immediately instead of taking the job and figuring it out later.
